學生工作辦公室主任凌建華宣讀了《信息傳媒學院大學生文明素養提升行動計劃》實施方案，并詳細解讀了"七個文明"的具體實現目標，號召學生按照學校和學院統一安排積極行動起來。
同時，學生代表數媒1801班馮彥婷同學從思想文明，學習文明，生活文明，舉止文明，上網文明五個方面進行了倡議，并表示從自己做起，從身邊的小事做起，時刻踐行文明行動計劃，嚴格規范自身言行。
